The popular area of Mooloolaba on the Queensland’s Sunshine Coast has always been a hub for locals and tourists alike. Whether it is sitting back having a stacked breakfast of poached eggs, bacon, smashed avocado and feta on sourdough with your almond milk coffee, it is safe to say it is heavily breakfast/brunch driven and more often than not very much a healthy-esk vibe that is floating around the beach town. Therefore, when a venue opens to challenge this mentality it will draw some intrigue. I for one, am extremely proud of the trio that have opened up something that the coast was in much dire need of; and what is that you ask? A damn good diner. Walk in Good Bar.
Good Bar is every delicious guilty pleasure that I know even those healthy type cave into once in a while. The diner, inspired by famous London burger joints such as MeatLiquor, is a breath of fresh hot wings that the coast desperately needed.
